Nate D. Ashcraft is a partner at Hansen Black Anderson Ashcraft.  He represents clients in commercial contract disputes, business disputes, business torts, fraud and civil wrongs, securities, creditor’s rights in bankruptcy, trade secret litigation and other commercial disputes.  He also represents employers with various employment matters, including enforcement of restrictive employment covenants, including covenants not to compete or solicit, and nondisclosure obligations.  He has also represented clients in a wide range of real estate litigation issues, including construction services liens, payment bond claims, Miller Act claims, landlord/tenant disputes, boundary disputes, foreclosures and other real estate related controversies.  He has significant experience representing clients in state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies.
